(و) تحرم (إعارةُ صيدٍ) لمُحْرِمٍ؛ لأن إمساكه له مُحَرَّمٌ. (و) تحرم إعارة (ما يَحْرُمُ استعماله في الإحرام) من نحو طِيب (لمُحْرِمٍ) لأنه معاونة على الإثم والعدوان.
