(وأمَّا) إعارة الأمَة (للخدمة، فإن كانت بَرْزة) أي: تبرز للرجال؛ لقضاء الحوائج (أو) كانت (شوهاء) قبيحة المنظر (جاز) لسيدها أن يعيرها مطلقًا؛ للأمن عليها. والجواز يحتمل نفي التحريم والكراهة، فلا ينافي أن أصل العارية للندب، ويحتمل أنه على ظاهره، فحينئذ تكمل للعارية الأحكام الخمسة.
