(وإن قال المالك: أعرتُكها) لتركبها أو تحمل عليها (إلى فرسخ، فقال المستعير) : بل أعرتنيها (إلى فرسخين، فالقول قول المالك) لأنه منكِرٌ لإعارة الزائد، والأصل عدمها، كما لو أنكر الإعارة من أصلها.
