(ولو لم يزرعها) أي: المغصوبة الغاصب (فنقصت لترك الزراعة، كأراضي البصرة، أو نقصت) المغصوبة (لغير ذلك، ضمن) الغاصب (نقصها) لأنه نقص حصل بيده العادية.
