(ولا أُجرة) على الغاصب في الأرض المغصوبة، إذا اختار المالك أخذ الزرع بنفقته (لمدة مكثه) أي: الزرع (في الأرض) المغصوبة؛ لأن منافع الأرض في هذه المدة عادت إلى المالك، فلم يستحقَّ عوضها على غيره.
