(ويعتبر في حقها) أي: المبتدئة (تكرار الاستحاضة نصًا)

بخلاف المعتادة (فتجلس) المبتدئة التي جاوز دمها أكثر الحيض (قبل تكراره) أي: الدم ثلاثة أشهر (أقله) أي: أقل الحيض، لأنه المتيقن، وما زاد مشكوك فيه كغير المستحاضة.
