(وفي جميع ذلك متى قدر) الغاصب (على المغصوب، أو) قدر على (المِثْل في بلد الغصب، رَدَّه) للمالك؛ لأنه الواجب (وأخذ) الغاصب (القيمة) لأنها إنما وجبت للحيلولة وقد زالت.
