كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن عَرَفه) أي: عرف ربُّ الدار صاحبَ الثوب (لزمه إعلامه) بالثوب فورًا (فإن لم يفعل) أي: لم يُعلِم ربَّه به مع علمه (ضَمِنه) إن تلف بعد مضي زمن يتأتَّى فيه إعلامه؛ لأنه لم يستحفظه.
