(وإن جلست بالتحري) على الوجه المقابل لقول الأكثر (فأداها اجتهادها إلى أنها من أول العشر، فهي كالتي ذكرنا) فيكون حيضها من أول العشر إلى آخر السادس، منها يومان حيض بيقين، والأربعة حيض مشكوك فيه
