(وله مُنصَرَف غير المزارع) يخرجها منه (فتركها) في مزرعته (فـ) ما أفسدت منها (هدر) لا ضمان على رَبِّها فيه؛ لأن رَبَّ الزرع هو المُفرِّط إذًا.
(والحطبُ على الدابة إذا خرق ثوبَ آدمي بصير عاقل، يجد منحَرَفًا) أي: موضعًا يتحول إليه
