(ولو أشرفت السفينة على الغرق، فـ) الواجب (على الركبان إلقاء بعض الأمتعة، حسب الحاجة) أي: يجب إلقاء ما تظن به النجاة من المتاع - ولو كله - دفعًا لأعظم المفسدتين بأخفِّهما؛ لأن حرمة الحيوان أعظم من حُرمة المتاع
