(ومنها: أن يبيعه الشِّقص بصبرة (١) دراهم معلومةٍ) بـ ( المشاهدة، مجهولة المقدار) ليمنع الشفيع من الشُّفْعة؛ لجهالة قَدْر الثمن (أو) يبيعه الشِّقْص (بجوهرة ونحوها) مما تُجهل قيمته، ليمنع أخذ الشفيع بالشفعة.
