(وللمأذون له من العبيد) في التجارة (الأخذُ) بالشُّفعة (دون الترك) لأن الحق فيها لسيده لا له، فهو كولي المحجور عليه (ويأتي آخر الباب) هذا بحسب ما عزم عليه، لكنه لم يفِ به .
