(فدارٌ بين ثلاثة) لواحد (نصف، و) لآخر (ثلث، و) لآخر (سدس، باع صاحبُ الثلث) نصيبه (فـ) أصل (المسألة من ستة) مخرج الكسور (الثلث بينهما) أي: بين صاحب النصف، والسدس (على أربعة) بسط النصف ثلاثة، وبسط السدس واحد، فـ ( لصاحب النصف ثلاثة، ولربِّ السدس واحد، ولا يُرجَّح أقربُ) الشُّفعاء على أبعدهم
