(فلو اشترى دارًا بألفٍ تساوي ألفين، فباع) المشتري (بابَها) فبقيت بألف (أو هدمها، فبقيت بألف، أخَذَها) الشفيع (بخمسمائة بالقيمة من الثمن، أي بالحصة من الثمن) والمراد بقوله: اشترى دارًا، أي: شِقصًا من دار، من إطلاق الكلِّ على البعض، كقوله تعالى:{يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِمْ}.
