(وإن ظهر بعضه) أي: بعض الثمن المعيَّن (مستحَقًّا، بطَل البيع فيه) أي: فيما ظهر مستحَقًّا، وما يقابله من الشِّقص فلا شُفعة فيه، وصَحَّ في الباقي، وتثبت فيه الشُّفعة.
