(وإن علم النجس بعد تيممه وصلاته فلا إعادة) كمن تيمم لعدم الماء ثم وجده بعد أن صلى. وعلم منه أنه إذا علم في الصلاة وجب القطع والطهارة والاستئناف، وكذا الطواف.
