(ولا) يُملك بإحياء (ما نضب) أي: غار (عنه الماء، مما كان مملوكًا وغلب) الماء (عليه، ثم نضب) الماء (عنه، بل هو باقٍ على ملك مُلَّاكه) قبل غلبة الماء عليه، فـ ( لهم أخذه) لأنها لا تزيل ملكهم عنه.
