(ويكون البناء مما جرت عادة) أهل (البلد البناء به) مِن لَبِنٍ، أو آجُر، أو حجر، أو قصب، أو خشب ونحوه (سواء أرادها) المُحيي (لبناء، أو زرع، أو) أرادها (حظيرة غنم، أو) حظيرة (خشب ونحوهما، ولا يُعتبر في ذلك) أي: في الإحياء
