(أو) أن (يغرِس فيها شجرًا) بأن كانت لا تصلح للغراس لكثرة أحجارها أو نحوها، فينقِّيها ويغرسها؛ لأنه يُراد للبقاء، كالحائط. (أو) أن (يمنع) عن الموات (ما لا (١) يمكن زرعها إلا بحبسه عنها، كأرض البطائح) لأن بذلك يتمكَّن من الانتفاع بها، ولا يُعتبر أن يزرعها ويسقيها.
