(فإن لم يَفْضُل) من الماء (عن الأول) شيء (أو) لم يَفْضُل (عَمَّن (٢) يليه) أي: الأول (شيء، فلا شيء للباقي) أي: لمن بعده؛ لأنه ليس له إلا ما فَضَل، فهو كالعصبة مع أصحاب الفروض في الميراث.
