(وإنه) بكسر الهمزة على الاستئناف (لا يملك) رب أرض (تضييق مجرى قناة في أرضه خوفَ لِصٍّ؛ لأنه) أي: مجراها (لصاحبها) أي: القناة، فلا يتصرف غيره فيه بغير إذنه.
