(فلو كان) النهر (لجماعة فـ) الماء (بينهم) على قَدْر ملكهم في النهر، وذلك معنى قوله: (على حسب العمل والنفقة) لأنه إنما ملك بالعمارة، والعمارة بالنفقة والعمل.
