(فإذا (١) أراد أحدهم أن يجري ماءه في ساقية غيره ليقاسمه في موضع آخر، لم يجز) له ذلك (بغير رضاه) لأنه يتصرف في ساقيته ويخرب حافتيها، ويخلط حقه بحق غيره على وجه لا يتميز.
