(ويستحق) العامل (لجُعْل بالرد) أي: بعمل ما جُوعِل عليه، كرد اللُّقَطة أو العبد، وبناء الحائط ونحوه (ولو كان) المُسمَّى في ردِّ الآبق (أكثر من دينار، أو) أكثر من (اثني عشر درهمًا) فضة؛ لأنه قد استقرَّ على الجَاعل بالعمل
