(فمن فعله) أي: العمل المُسمَّى عليه الجُعْل (بعد أن بلغه الجعل، استحقه كدَيْن) أي: كسائر الديون عن المجاعل؛ لأن العقد استقرَّ بتمام العمل، فاستحق ما جُعل له، كالربح في المضاربة.
