(وإن نادى غيرُ صاحب الضالة، فقال: من رَدَّها فله دينار، فردَّها رجلٌ) أو امرأة (فالدينار على المنادي؛ لأنه ضَمِن) أي: التزم (العوض) ولا شيء على ربِّها؛ لأنه لم يلتزمه.
