(ومن فعله) أي: العمل المجاعَل عليه (قبل أن يبلغه الجُعْل، لم يستحقه) أي: الجعل، ولا شيئًا منه؛ لأنه متبرِّع بعمله (وحرم) عليه (أخذه) أي: الجعل؛ لأنه مِن أكْلِ المال بالباطل
