(فإن وقف على غيرها) كعلى زيد (على أن ينفق عليها) أي: على أُمِّ ولده (منه، مدة حياته، أو) وقف على زيد - مثلًا - على أن (يكون الرَّيْعُ لها) أي: لأمِّ وَلَده (مدة حياته؛ صح) الوقف؛ لأن استثناء المنفعة لأمِّ ولده كاستثنائها لنفسه.
