(ويصح وقف المُكاتَب) لأنه يصح بيعه (فإذا أدَّى) ما عليه، عَتَقَ و (بَطَل الوقف) لأن الكتابة عقد لازم، فلا تبطل بوقفه، كبيعه وهبته.
