كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ولو وَقَف قِنديلَ نقدٍ على مسجد) أو نحوه (لم يصح) الوقف؛ لأنه لا يُنتفع به مع بقاء عينه (وهو) أي: القنديل (باقٍ على ملك صاحبه، فَيُزكِّيه) لبطلان وقفه.
