(ولا يصح) الوقف (على معدوم أصلًا) أي: أصالة (كـ) قوله: وقفت هذا على (من سيولد) لي أو لفلان (أو) على من (يَحدث لي، أو لفلان) لأنه لا يصح تمليك المعدوم.
