(ويُعمل في) وقف (صحيح الوسط فقط) بأن وقف داره على عبده، ثم على زيد، ثم على الكنيسة (بالاعتبارين) فَيُصرف في الحال لزيد، ويرجع بعده إلى ورثة الواقف نسبًا، وقفًا على قَدْر إرثهم، ثم المساكين.
