(وإن قال) : وقفتُ (على الفقراء، ثم على أولادي، صَحَّ للفقراء فقط) لأن "ثم" للترتيب، فلا يصرف لأولاده إلا بعد انقراض الفقراء، والعادة لم تجرِ بانقراضهم.
