(وكذا لو احتاج خانٌ مُسَبل) إلى مَرَمَّة (أو) احتاجت (دار موقوفة لسكنى الحاج، أو الغزاة) أو أبناء السبيل ونحوهم (إلى مَرَمَّةٍ) أي إصلاح (أوجِرَ منه بقَدْر ذلك) أي: ما يحتاج إليه في مرمته؛ لمحل الضرورة.
