(ويكون النظر للموقوف عليه، إن كان) الموقوف عليه (آدميًّا مُعيَّنًا) كزيد (أو جمعًا محصورًا) كأولاده، أو أولاد زيد (كلُّ واحد) منهم ينظر (على حصته) كالملك المطلق، عدلًا كان أو فاسقًا؛ لأنه ملكه وغَلَّته له.
