(ويقضي) المرتد إذا عاد إلى الإسلام (ما فاته قبل ردته) لاستقراره في ذمته، و (لا) يقضي ما فاته (زمنها) أي: زمن ردته لعدم وجوبها عليه، كالأصلي.
