(وكذا لو شرط الصرف المطلق إلى إمام مسجد، أو مؤذّنه، أو قيِّمه، فأمَّ إمامٌ، ورضيه الجيران) أو أذَّن فيه مؤذِّن (أو قام بخدمة المسجد قائم، ونحو ذلك) كان مستحقًّا؛ لوجود الشرط. انتهى.
