ومن القرينة ما ذكره بقوله: (وإن كانوا كلُّهم كفارًا) دخلوا؛ لأن عدم دخولهم يؤدي إلى رفع اللفظ بالكلية (وفيهم) أي: أو كان فيهم (مسلم واحد، والباقي كفار، والواقف مسلم، دخلوا) لأن حمل اللفظ العام على واحد بعيد جدًّا.
