(و) متى كان الوقف على أصناف، كالفقراء، وأبناء السبيل، والغُزاة، ونحوهم فـ ( من وُجِد فيه صفات) بأن كان ابن سبيل غازيًا غارمًا (استحق بها) أي: بالصفات، كالزكاة.
