(و) حيث يُباع الوقف، فإنه (يُصرف ثمنه في مثله) لأن في إقامة البدل مقامه تأبيدًا له وتحقيقًا للمقصود، فتعين وجوبه (أو بعض مثله) إن لم يمكن في مثله، ويُصرف (في جهته، وهي مصرفه) لامتناع تغيير المصرف مع إمكان مراعاته.
