كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كانت الشجرة مغروسة قبل بنائِه) أي: المسجد (ووقفها معه، فإن عيَّن) الواقف (مصرفَها؛ عُمِل به) كسائر الشروط، (وإلا) يعيّن مصرفها (فكوقف منقطع) تُصرف ثمرتها لورثة الواقف نسبًا، وقفًا، فإن انقرضوا فللمساكين.
