(وأنواع الهِبة: صَدَقةٌ، وهديَّة، ونِحْلة - وهي العطية - ومعانيها متقاربة) وكلها تمليك في الحياة بلا عوض؛ قاله في "المغني" (تجري فيها أحكامُها) أي: أحكام كل واحدة من هذه المذكورات تجري في البقية.
