(ومن أهدَى) شيئًا (ليُهْدَى له أكثر) منه (فلا بأس (٣) ) به (لغير النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -) فكان ممنوعًا منه؛ لقوله تعالى:{وَلَا تَمْنُنْ تَسْتَكْثِرُ} أي: لا تُعطِ شيئًا لتأخذ أكثر منه. قال ابن عباس وغيره: هو خاصٌّ بالنبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - ؛ لأنه مأمور بأشرف الأخلاق وأجلها.
