قال في "التنقيح": (و) المذهب (لا يصح) الإبراء (مع إبهام المَحَلِّ، كـ: أبرأتُ أحد غريمي) أو: مِن أحد دَيْنيَّ، كما لو قال: وهبتُك أحد هذين العبدين، أو ضمنتُ لك أحد الدَّينين.
