(وتصح هبة مصحف) وإن قيل بمنع بيعه، قال الحارثي: ولا أعلم فيه خلافًا. (و) تصح هبة (كل ما يصح بيعه فقط) لأنها تمليك في الحياة، فصحَّت فيما صح فيه البيع، وما لا يصح بيعه، لا تصح هبته على المذهب؛ اختاره القاضي، وقدمه في "الفروع".
