كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن وطئ) الابنُ (أَمَةَ أحد أبويه، لم تَصِر أُمَّ ولد) له، إن حملت منه (وولدُه قِنٌّ، ويُحدُّ) إن علم التحريم؛ لأن الابن ليس له التملك على أحد من أبويه، فلا شُبهة له في الوطء.
