(وإطلاقها يكون بقيمته) أي: لو وصَّى السيدُ أن يُكاتَب عبده وأطلق، بأن لم يقل: على كذا، كُوتب على قيمته؛ لأنه العدل.

(وفرَّع في "المستوعب" على العتق، فقال: وينفذ العتق في مرض الموت في الحال، ويُعتبر خروجه) أي: العتيق
