(فأما الأمراض الممتدة كالسِّل) في غير حال انتهائه (والجُذام، وحُمَّى الرِّبْع) وهي التي تأخذ يومًا وتذهب يومين، وتعود في الرابع (والفالج في دَوامه، فإن صار صاحبُها صاحبَ فراش، فهي مَخُوفة، وإلا) بأن لم يَصِر صاحبُها صاحب فراش (فعطاياه كصحيح. والهَرِم إن صار صاحبَ فراش، فكمَخُوف) أي: كالمريض مرضًا مخوفًا.
