(وإن كانت) العطية (في رأس الشهر، واختلفا) أي: الوارث والمعطَى (في مرض المعطي فيه) أي: في رأس الشهر (فقول المعطَى) بفتح الطاء: أن المعطِي - بكسرها - كان صحيحًا؛ لأن الأصل عدم المرض.
